通过教学过程和互动设计保障在线教学的效果

Based on the analysis of the courses and the investigation of students' online learning needs, an online teaching mode of "Tencent Classroom" and "Rain Classroom" with "split screen" is designed. This mode is used for the online teaching of "Foundation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship" and "Chemical Instrumentation and Automation". After two months of teaching practice, the teaching and learning were reflected and summarized, aiming to improve the performance of online teaching.     

Isomerization of 1,2-diiodoethylene in a laser-induced chemical reaction of I2 + C2H2

A laser-induced chemical reaction of I₂ + C₂H₂ has been studied and the formation of cis and tians isomers of 1,2-diiodoethylene has been observed. The ratio of the two isomers of 1,2-diodoethylene changes markedly upon changing the laser wavelengths of excitation of the I₂ molecule     

“化学在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中扮演的重要角色”专题教学

Considering COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, education materials were excavated and refined, such as chemical disinfectants, typical drugs used in clinical treatment or trial and materials for preparation of medical protective equipment. We have carried out thematic teaching on "The important role of chemistry in the fight against COVID-19 epidemic", and integrated ideological and political education into the thematic teaching. Through thematic teaching, we can make students feel the charm of chemistry subject, stimulate students' interest in learning chemistry, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, strengthen students' confidence and courage to overcome difficulties, cultivate the students' professional disciplines literacy and scientific literacy, activate students' love for the motherland, the people and the Communist Party of China.

从化学核心素养出发，分析近5年化学奥林匹克（初赛）试题考查的学生知识水平、能力水平、素养水平，并针对培养中学生核心素养的教学实践提出建议。     

微视频技术在基础化学实验教学中的实践应用

以高校基础化学实验"从海带中提取碘""三草酸合铁（Ⅲ）酸钾的制备"为例，分别探讨了微视频技术在化学基本操作实验和综合设计型实验中的具体应用；此外，举例说明利用Flash软件制作的虚拟微视频可以在仪器分析实验中清晰地再现仪器真实操作中的每一个步骤，弥补了学生在实验前无法实际操作仪器的不足。实践证明，微视频技术的应用，丰富了基础化学实验教学模式，增强了学生自主学习的能力和动手能力，提高了实验成功率和实验教学效果。     

研究型教学的新方法——U型7步探究法

受私董会U型7步研讨法的启发，提出了可用于研究型教与学的一种新方法：U型7步探究法。"U型"即探究问题有一个先下沉寻找本质再使问题清晰的过程，躬问、探究等7步为具体操作流程，由教练引导，案主为主，全员受益。还以一次成功的运作实例对方法进行了详细说明。     

借鉴梅西大学经验开展农科有机化学在线教学

Massey University is a world-leading university in remote-instruction, online and mixed teaching based on the Stream teaching platform. This paper analyzed the advantages of the Stream teaching platform, resource utilization, course format, teaching team cooperation and course evaluation in Massey University. The paper also analyzed the enlightenment of teaching experience of Massey University to undergraduate teaching. During the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, drawing on Massey's experience, combined with the rapid development of information technology in China, the teaching team of organic chemistry adopted the multi-teaching strategy of "teacher-centered and student-centered", and the teaching mode of "teacher-led and self-taught by students". The online teaching practice of organic chemistry was carried out in agriculture university. It has been demonstrated that this model can effectively improve teaching effects.     

“线上线下-虚实结合”在有机化学实验教学中的应用探索——以正溴丁烷的制备实验为例

In response to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on organic chemistry laboratory teaching, this article analyzes and discusses the current limitation of traditional organic chemistry laboratory teaching. Taking the "preparation of n-bromobutane" as an example, a new "online-offline and virtual-actual combination" teaching mode with the combination of "Tencent Meeting, MLabs, laboratory and WeChat group" is introduced. The practice of the new mode of teaching includes the following steps: pre-class online guiding by teacher, student preview and practice based on the virtual simulation platform, students and teacher discussion and operation in laboratory, and post-classcomprehensive assessment and Q&A", and good teaching effects have been received. It is significant in cultivating and improving the independent innovation and practical ability, and provides reference for the organic chemistry laboratory teaching reform and also lays a foundation for the construction of "outstanding course" of organic chemistry.     

Separation and gravimetric determination of cerium and lanthanum with N-m-tolyl-m-nitrobenzohydroxamic acid

Cerium and lanthanum were determined gravimetrically by selective precipitation with N-m-tolyl-m-nitrobenzohydroxamic acid and separated from several metal ions such as Ag(+), Be(2+) , Pb(2+) , Mn(2+) , Cu(2+), Zn(2+) , Cd(2+) , Hg(2+) , Pd(2+) , Ga(3+) A1(3+) , Bi(3+) , Sb(3+), Sn(4+), Ce(3+) , Pr(3+) , Nd(3+) , Ti(4+), Zr(4+), Th(4+), V(5+) , Mo(6+) and U(6+) . The precipitates were weighted directly after drying at 110 degrees . The analytical results indicated the composition of the complexes to be (C(14)H(11)N(2)O(4))(n)M.     

综合有机化学实验:提取丁香花中的丁香酚多步合成香兰素

介绍了一个综合型有机化学实验，作为一个整体项目大约安排12周时间来完成。以不含香兰素的丁香花为原料，提取其中的丁香酚来多步合成香兰素，并进行物理和化学性质检验，整个实验技术路线包含了蒸馏、合成、重结晶等多种操作，同时在纯化和结构鉴定过程中还用到红外、紫外-可见和高效液相色谱等多种大型仪器分析技术。
